Housing Referrals
We welcome referrals from organizations assisting independent adults with their housing searches. Prospective residents complete the same Housing Inquiry, screening and flexible leasing process. A referral does not guarantee approval, placement, availability or priority.
City, County and Housing Initiatives
Collaborating on local initiatives to expand access to high-quality shared housing and support residential stability across Houston.
Workforce and Employer Partnerships
Supporting local employers by providing flexible, move-in ready housing solutions for their workforce, enhancing retention and quality of life. We welcome conversations with employers and workforce organizations seeking furnished housing resources for employees relocating to Houston.
Re-Entry and Community Organizations
We work with community organizations to offer transition-ready housing for independent adults seeking housing as they rebuild stability after incarceration.
Resident-Selected Third-Party Services
Residents may independently choose to work with outside service providers or community organizations. With the resident’s permission, provider access may be allowed subject to the lease, visitor policies, privacy, property security and reasonable scheduling requirements. The Living Standard does not provide, prescribe, supervise or guarantee third-party services.
