House Rhythm
A brief house meeting occurs once every few month for operational updates and shared-home matters. Optional community moments may include game or team-building nights approximately every two months, dinners on select major holidays, opt-in resident birthday activity, and occasional speakers or workshops.

Utilities + High-Speed Wi-Fi
Standard utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, and curbside trash collection are included in your monthly rent.
Furnished Shared Spaces
Living rooms, dining areas, backyards and kitchens are thoughtfully furnished with durable, comfortable pieces suited for everyday use. Décor and layouts vary by home.
Home + Grounds Care
Professional common-area cleaning is provided every two weeks. Management also coordinates routine pest-control service and lawn maintenance based on property needs and service schedules. Residents remain responsible for daily tidiness, dishes, personal laundry, bedroom care and promptly reporting maintenance or pest concerns.
Laundry
Shared washer and dryer access is available; laundry is self-service and residents provide their own supplies.
Recreation + Outdoor Leisure
Lounges, games and outdoor seating areas provide space to relax, connect or enjoy quiet time when property space permits.

Keyless House + Bedroom Access
Secure keypad access is provided for the main house and each individual bedroom.
Select-Home Features
Pools, jacuzzis and other upgraded amenities may be available at select properties.
